HOW TO REACH US

The university campus is in the south of Bayreuth. The buildings  NWII (Naturwissenschaften II) and BGI (Bayerisches Geo-Institut) are situated in the south of the campus, opposite of the building of the central administration (ZUV). A parking area can be found right in front of the buildings.

By car

Bayreuth can be reached via the highways A9 (München-Berlin) and A70 (Bamberg). From the exit Bayreuth Süd you reach the university campus via the Nürnberger Strasse and the Dr.-Konrad-Pöhner-Strasse.

By train

The time table of German Railway can be found here. From the main station you can take a bus to the central bus station, from which the bus lines 304 and 306 go every 10 minutes to the university campus.
